These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bpecch ("bpecch", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bpecch online gaming platform available at https://bpecch.cam and any related services, mobile interfaces, tools or content provided by bpecch.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on bpecch, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bpecch platform. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on bpecch, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on bpecch or any associated platform.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of bpecch or any affiliated entity.

Registering or using the Platform constitutes your representation and warranty that you satisfy all eligibility criteria listed above. bpecch reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each User may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices or identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. bpecch accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying bpecch immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Ensuring that no third party has access to your account, including family members or associates.

bpecch recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. We will never ask you to disclose your password. Any communication purporting to be from bpecch that requests your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at [email protected].

bpecch accepts deposits through payment methods listed in the cashier section of your account. Availability of specific methods may vary depending on your location, the operator's current setup and the policies of the relevant payment providers. Familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may appear as contextual references; however, their availability in your cashier cannot be guaranteed and none of these providers endorse or are affiliated with bpecch.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• You may only deposit funds from financial accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in your cashier and may change without prior notice.
• bpecch does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• bpecch reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits where it suspects fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.

Users may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests are processed by the operator and timelines depend on the payment method selected. No guaranteed processing times are offered by bpecch.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., valid CNIC or passport) and proof of address.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must typically match the deposit method or be an approved alternative as determined by the operator.
• The name on the destination account must match the registered name on your bpecch account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before Real Money Funds derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your cashier.
• bpecch reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to requesting source-of-funds documentation.

bpecch reserves the right to decline, delay or reverse a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, account compromise, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, affected players will be notified through their registered contact details.

bpecch may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms and should be read in full before any offer is claimed.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• One Offer Per User: Each promotional offer is available once per qualifying User, household, IP address, device and payment method unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier) that must be met before any derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum stake per bet or spin applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games typically contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific offer for applicable rates.
• Expiry: All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated in the offer. Unused Bonus Funds expire automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the relevant offer terms.

bpecch reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time, to reclaim Bonus Funds where the eligibility conditions have not been met, and to void any wagers placed in breach of bonus terms. All illustrative PKR figures referenced in marketing materials (such as "up to PKR 25,000") are examples only and do not represent guaranteed promotions.

All wagers placed on bpecch are subject to the rules of the specific game or betting market as published on the Platform at the time of play. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that game or market.

• Wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. Cancellation or modification of confirmed wagers is not permitted except where expressly provided by the game rules or operator policy.
• bpecch reserves the right to void wagers placed on obvious errors in odds or game mechanics, including but not limited to manifest pricing errors.
• Any winnings resulting from a void wager will be removed from the User's account balance.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet, the Platform's records shall be treated as conclusive unless a demonstrable system error can be established.
• bpecch does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, market or betting option at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bpecch platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration or verification information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tools that interact with the Platform without human input.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live dealer or poker games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to claiming offers through multiple accounts or coordinating claims across a group.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, stolen payment instruments or other unlawful means.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or insider betting on sports events.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, code or intellectual property.

bpecch employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bpecch reserves the right to withhold, suspend or void any winnings accumulated during the period of misconduct, regardless of whether those winnings were directly related to the prohibited activity.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting bpecch support. Closure requests will be processed promptly; any remaining Real Money Funds (subject to KYC clearance and the absence of any outstanding issues) will be returned via the User's primary payment method.

bpecch reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Clause 3 (Account Eligibility).
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or any criminal conduct is suspected.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received by the operator.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require account restriction.

In the event of closure due to breach of Terms, bpecch is not obligated to return any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation and may be subject to forfeiture if the investigation confirms misconduct.

bpecch is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools that allow Users to manage their play, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible within your account settings and can be activated at any time.

Self-exclusion is a voluntary restriction whereby a User requests that bpecch prevent them from accessing the Platform for a defined or indefinite period. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Users who self-exclude agree not to attempt to circumvent this restriction through the creation of new accounts or use of alternative devices.

If you believe your gambling may be causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to:

• Use the responsible gambling tools available in your bpecch account settings.
• Review our dedicated Responsible Gambling page for guidance and resources.
• Seek support from a qualified counsellor or recognised support organisation in your area.

Gambling should always be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. Never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose. bpecch does not guarantee winnings and past results are not indicative of future outcomes.

All content on the bpecch Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, audio-visual content, trademarks and data — is the exclusive property of bpecch or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, sell or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Frame, scrape, mirror or cache any part of the Platform without prior written consent from bpecch.
• Use the bpecch name, logo or trademarks in any context without authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpecch and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with use of the Platform.
• Platform unavailability, interruptions or errors caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party service disruptions or force majeure events.
• The conduct of any third-party payment provider, game studio or software supplier.
• Any loss resulting from a User's failure to safeguard their account credentials.

bpecch's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bpecch's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's license jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bpecch's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the operator's license jurisdiction.

Users access the Platform from Pakistan at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. bpecch makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful, appropriate or available for use in Pakistan. Users in Pakistan must independently assess their legal position under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, before using the Platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

bpecch reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users through their registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 10.
